I can't say these strings sound a whole lot better than the stock strings on my cheapie Sojing Soprano, but at least I'm hitting the right note anywhere on the frets. I also have an Oscar Schmidt Concert (with GHS strings)on which I have learned by ear a lot of songs. I could not play the songs I know on the same frets of the Sojing as the Oscar! I just put the Aquila strings on the Sojing last night, so they are still stretching, but I can tell already that they will be MUCH, MUCH BETTER, and I can play both of my Ukuleles the same way.
