Instrument Stand for Violin, Ukulele and Other Small Instruments I bought this stand (the one in the link here, not the Anueanue) for my ukulele, and it rots. It's poorly fitting and has little to recommend it, and I have written a review of it on Amazon. The uke--all my ukes--just fall out of it. Bad.

So, i went back to the drawing board to find something better. And better I found.

The ANueAnue, like most products from this great company, is ideal. Same weight as the other stand, but much more usable and practical. The uke, all sizes (standard to tenor), all thicknesses (I own three ukes) slide into it ideally. No band to keep it in place, but not necessary, either. Grab and go. Makes a superb display stand, too, because you can't see the stand (much).

I wish I had spent the extra coin up front to get this stand. It's head and shoulders above the one I linked above,

Addendum: January 2012: Hercules GS303B FOLK INST Stand I got thios stand for my birthday, by Hercules, and it's the best stand. Lighter in weight than the Anuenue, and it has adjustable rubber o-ring sliders that adjust to any instrument depth. I really love this Hercules, and it is better than the Anuenue.
